Issam Elabsi

Issam Elabsi is a globally recognized leader in BIM, Digital Twins, and digital transformation of the built environment, with over 30 years of international experience in engineering, construction, and digital innovation. Issam is the Director of AIDIGITS Group and Director of the Master's Program in Global Smart Construction Industry – BIM and Digital Twin Implementation for the Built Environment, delivered with Zigurat Institute. Issam also leads the AIDIGITS BIM & Digital Transformation Academies across Greece, Egypt, Palestine, and Bulgaria.

As Strategic Partner of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) for BIM capacity building, Issam supports BIM adoption and construction digital transformation and sponsors the ISO 19650 CE-BIM Certification with TÜV NORD. Issam has advised governments, developers, contractors, and organizations including ALSTOM, Siemens, KPMG, DIMAND, and the European Commission on BIM, Digital Twins, GIS, information management, and digital transformation.

Since joining Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) in 1995, Issam has contributed to landmark projects including NEOM, Athens Metro, Piraeus Tower, Dubai Mall, Abu Dhabi Airport, Riyadh Metro, GPX Golden Pass LNG, and the ADNOC Headquarters Digital Twin. A frequent international keynote speaker and author, Issam advances innovation through consultancy, education, certification, and capacity building, helping organizations deliver smarter and more sustainable built environments.
