Kalli Kosta

Kalli Kosta was born and raised in Athens, Greece. She graduated from the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and holds an MSc in Water Resources Science and Technology.
She holds the internationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification awarded by PMI) since 2013 and the Greek Contractors’ Experience Register qualification in hydraulic and road infrastructure works.

She has extensive experience in contract and project management across the design, construction and operation of major infrastructure projects, having worked both in the private sector for leading construction companies and at EYDAP S.A. (Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company).
Currently, she serves as Director of Sewerage Infrastructure Projects in Eastern Attica, overseeing major wastewater infrastructure projects in the region.
She is currently a member of the Technical Council of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum and the Technical Council for Public Works and Studies of the Supervised Bodies of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
She is also an elected member of the Representative Assembly of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) and has served for two consecutive terms as Vice President of the Association of Civil Engineers of Greece.
