Sami Kenaan

Sami Kenaan is a BIM and Information Management professional with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in Digital Information Delivery, Information Management, and Building Information Modelling (BIM). Following the completion of his MSc in Civil Engineering, Sami developed a strong interest in digital transformation AEC industry, focusing on how technology, data, and information can improve project outcomes throughout the asset lifecycle.
His experience spans from BIM implementation, ISO 19650 compliant information management, open data standards, model and data validation, asset information requirements. He is particularly passionate about unlocking the value of information within BIM, ensuring that project data is structured, validated, and delivered in a way that supports both project delivery and long-term asset management objectives.
Sami has worked closely with clients and project teams to develop and implement BIM and Information Management frameworks aligned with project and organisational requirements. He has also supported the development and implementation of key information management documentation.
In his current role at SALFO & Associates, Sami works as a BIM Specialist on major projects to ensure client BIM requirements are met as well as leading BIM projects within Salfo.
