Thrasyvoulos Karayiannis

Thrasyvoulos holds a Diploma in Architecture Engineering from the School of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens (integrated Master’s degree equivalent), as well as a postgraduate degree, Project Management in Construction Works with BIM Specializing Master, from Politecnico di Milano.

From 2012 to 2025, he worked as an Architect at the architectural firm Constanti Architects – ENAprosEKATO LLC, where he served as Head Designer and BIM Manager. He has over 14 years of experience in the design and supervision of small-, medium-, and large-scale buildings. Since 2025, he has been leading the architectural practice Thrasyvoulos Architecture Workshop LLC.

In parallel, he is the founder and director of BIMLeap Ltd, a company established with the aim of promoting and normalizing the implementation of BIM within the Cypriot construction sector, making it practical, applicable, and transformative for all stakeholders.

Additionally, he holds the Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design certification and is a Certified Trainer of HRDA (Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus). Since 2020, he has been training teams and company staff in BIM methodologies and the use of the Autodesk Revit design platform.

Since September 2024, Thrasyvoulos has served as the Coordinator of the BIM Committee of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber).
