Maya Tryfona

Maya Tryfona is Chair and Co-Founder of buildingSMART Greece and Founder of yLinked, where she works as a consultant specialising in BIM, GIS, linked and semantic data. A Geomatics Engineer by background, her work centres on translating stakeholder needs into structured, machine-readable information requirements and supporting reliable information exchange across the asset lifecycle.
Active in buildingSMART International since 2017, she has contributed to the Airport Domain Working Group and Steering Committee, as well as the Standards Committee Technical Executive (SCTE). Today, her work with buildingSMART Greece is centred on the adoption of openBIM in Greece, connecting openBIM standards and services with industry needs and practical implementation.
